Auria is the largest continent on the planet Zhana.
The greatest concentration of magic on the planet is born in its vast lands. There is a singular balance between the living species of this place and the magic that flows there. This is what feeds life throughout the planet, allowing a healthy and strong flora and a passive and harmonious fauna.
This magic flow is protected by the Hairm, they have studied the actions of the planet for years and have been given the task of maintaining this balance and thus preserve life, but, unfortunately, not all use magic for good.
To face any problem or magical imbalance the Hairm created the Guild of the Guardians. Many years passed without setbacks that affected the harmony in Auria, but ... nothing is forever.
It all started when the Hairm detected that not all the magic that covered the planet was pure. People began to speak of villages attacked by previously nonaggressive creatures, of merchants who have disappeared on the trade routes ... little by little, comments more became frequent and Auria's wild life began to become hostile.
The reality is that the causes of this situation are not known, some dark magic has begun to emerge but its source remains unknown. The Guild of the Guardians has begun an incessant search trying to explain these events, in addition to guaranteeing the protection of the inhabitants of the continent. Many young people of different races from all over Zhana have traveled to Auria as aspirants to the Guild to deal with this new evil, but not all are able to finish the training.
To enter the Guild of Guardians is needed to have a link with nature to be able to listen to their whispers and help her when she needs it. Three special marks given by the elemental runes kept by certain magical creatures are needed. That is what the training to be a Guardian is based on.But it is not easy, that is why many aspirants leave the training.
